I thought everything was the same

Obsessively taking photographs of the same tree reflected in the water I thought everything was the same brings to the fore the enormity of the sky behind the tree which is then distorted by the micro climate and animal activity at river level. If this can be seen as a measurement of time through the repeated actions and also through the cycle of day and night.
